- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 2nd day of January 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from December 5, 2024. 6- Discussion of Safety Project on US-6/US-89 by Savannah Hansen 7- Presentation on Concept of Condition Based Maintenance using SL-RAT acoustic assessment technology by Eric Petersen-RH BORDEN 8- Public Hearing regarding Water Revenue Bonds bearing no interest in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000. 9- Discussion and possible approval of a resolution authorizing the sale of taxable water revenue and refunding bonds, series 2025 in the maximum repayable principal amount of $2,412,000 for water system improvements and to obtain a reduction in annual debt payments due in a given year by refunding and extending the matuity on the issuer's taxable water revenue bonds, series 2015; and related matters. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session.
