- PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Thursday, January 9th, 2025 Morgan County Commission Room 6:30 p.m. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Commission Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to Order - Prayer 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest 5. Public Comment Administrative 6. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision - McGregor Small Subdivision Preliminary/Final Plat Legislative 7. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision - Love Rezone 8. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision - Group Homes Use Tables Code Text Amendment 9. Business/Staff Questions 10. Approval of December 19th, 2024, Planning Commission minutes 11. Adjourn Morgan County, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations should call Planning & Development at 801-845-4015, giving at least 24 hours' notice prior to the meeting. A packet containing supporting materials is available for public review prior to the meeting at the Planning and Development Services Dept. and will also be provided at the meeting.
