- PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL PUBLIC HEARING a) Proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 16.8 Codes And Symbols And Use Table 16.1, for the use Automobile Sales/Rental and Service. AGENDA 1. Discussion of the potential rezone from A-10 to R-1-21, for the property at 799 N. 600 W. 2. Consideration of the proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 25 (Accessory Dwelling Units). 3. Consideration of the proposed conditional use permit for AGX Automotive to own and operate an automobile wholesale dealer business, on 1.80 acre at 292 N. Hwy 138 in the M-D zone. 4. Discussion of the proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 16.8 Codes And Symbols And Use Table 16.1, for the use Automobile Sales/Rental and Service. 5. Discussion of the proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 19a Mixed Use District. 6. Approval of minutes from the November 21, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 7. Approval of minutes from the December 5, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 8. Report from Zoning Administrator 9. Open Forum for Planning Commissioners. 10. Report from City Council. 11. Adjourn.
