- CENTRAL IRON COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT STATE OF UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors, Central Iron County Water Conservancy District, State of Utah, will hold a Special Board Meeting at the Central Iron County Water Conservancy Offices, 710 S Westview Dr, Cedar City, Utah, on Thursday, the 12th day of December 2024, at the hour of 9:00 AM. Agenda December 12, 2024 1. Call to Order 2. Consideration and approval of The Principle Forgiveness Planning Loan in the amount of $40,000 for the 2025 Water Master Plan. 3. Board Planning Workshop 4. Closed Session: For Imminent Litigation or Acquiring Real Property and/or Water Rights - Acquiring property (ROW) 5. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that I have posted copies of this agenda to the State of Utah Public Notice Website in accordance with Utah State Law on this 11th day of December 2024.
