- 2025 Board Meeting Schedule Notice is hereby given that Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold its 2025 board meetings on third the Thursday of every month in the year 2025, unless otherwise noted; adopted on December 12, 2024. Jan 16 Feb 20 Mar 20 Apr 17 May 15 Jun 12 (2nd Thursday) Jul - No Meeting Aug 21 Sep 18 Oct 16 Nov 20 Dec 11 (Budget Hearing - Regular meeting begins at 5:30 / Public Hearing begins at 6:00) No meeting in July. Meeting in June and December will be the second Thursday. December is the Budget Hearing. Regular Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. Public Hearings begin at 6:00 p.m. All meetings are held at the District Office located at 2401 East 6175 South, Ogden, Weber County, Utah.
