- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING November 20, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting November 20, 2024 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of October 16, 2024 City Council Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 2. Discuss/approve/deny: Business license 3. Discuss/approve/deny: Emery County School Board 4. Discuss/approve/deny: Award bid for Sidewalk/approaches and concrete pad project 5. Discuss/approve/deny: Donation for Shop with a Cop 6. Discuss/approve/deny: Donation for American Legion, Post #73 7. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 12-2024 - Annual Meeting Schedule for 2025 8. Discuss/approve/deny: Update cash deposit policy 9. Discuss/approve/deny: Open new account at Desert View Federal Credit Union for cash deposits 10. Discuss/approve/deny: Open new account for Fire Department donations 11. Discuss/approve/deny: Code violation door hanger 12. Mayor's Report 13. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 14. Youth City Council report 15. Council's Reports 16. Zoning Administrator Report 17. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Huntington City Website and at Huntington City Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
