- N O T I C E Juab County is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Juab County tax on a $447,000 residence would increase from $478.67 to $511.43, which is $32.76 per year. The Juab County tax on a $447,000 business would increase from $870.31 to $929.86, which is $59.55 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Juab County would increase its proeprty tax budgted revenue by 6.84% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding elgible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
