- BEAR RIVER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Tuesday, October 24, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on October 24, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- September 19, 2024 3. Planning and Zoning Report- 4. Action on Public Hearing- Rezone Property at 5410 N 4700 W from Residential to Commercial- Coburns 5. Discussion & Possible Action- Define and Illustrate Yard Designations 6. Future considerations- 7. Assignments for next meeting 8. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda. Those wanting time in the meeting to present requests must be on the agenda. Schedule this with Shanda Reney (see below). Public meeting agendas must be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
