Call to Order/Declaration of Quorum 2. Preliminary Action Items a. Approve Agenda 3. Public Comment - Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input from the public on the adoption of the tentative 2024 Amended Budget for District No. 1 as the final amended budget for the calendar year 2024 and the tentative budgets as the final budgets for the calendar year of 2025 b.
