- Notice & Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 12th of December 2024 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of Officers: Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery, Park and Gun Range Council Member Morgan Stephens - Buildings Council Member Eric Wells - Water and Sewer Council Member Robert Gilner - Roads Mayor Jeffren T. Pei Treasurer - Jessica Alvey Clerk - Lisa Wells Planning Commission Tabled Business: NONE New Business: Brock Jackson - R6 updates Slate Banner - Request adjustment to property lines forming cul-de-sac at the east end of 80 South. Dennis Ekker Subdivision approval Wayne County Sheriff's Office - request for office space at the Hanksville Community Center. Jessica Alvey - Divide property on several lots. Public Comment: Optional Closed Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-205
