- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, December 2, 2024. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Donations. b. Theodore C. & Lou Anna Haynes - Re-signing of Subdivision Maps. c. Cole Palfreyman - Re-signing of Subdivision Maps. d. Shay Morrison Community Advisor - Updates from R6. - Review of Draft Ordinances. e. Review of Documents, Notices and Ordinance for Subdivisions. f. Review of RFP for City Attorney and Applicants. g. Review of RFP for City Engineer. h. Delinquent Utilities and Building Permit Enforcement. i. Update on Property on Church St. j. Security Cameras, City Hall Basement, Public Works Building, and 20 ft Storage Container. k. Budget Review. l. Vehicle Removal. 4. REPORTS: a. Maintenance Technician Reports 5. ADJOURNMENT.
