- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. During this meeting, the Fillmore Planning Commission will receive input from the public regarding the proposed annexation policy plan. Those needing special accommodations should contact the City Office three (3) days prior to the hearing at 435- 743-5233 Dated the 1st day of March 2023 Wayne J Jackson, Planning Coordinator PUBLIC HEARING - NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Fillmore City Planning Meeting on Wednesday, March 28, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding an amendment to sign standards for the Industrial Zone, Fillmore City Municipal Code ยงยง 12-9A-9, Flat or Wall Sign.
