- Regular City Council Meeting Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:00 pm AGENDA A regularly scheduled meeting of the Duchesne City Council will be held at the Duchesne City Office Building, 500 East Main, Duchesne, UT at the above date and time. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call, Prayer, Pledge 2. Minutes 3. Bills 4. Business License 5. Planning And Zoning 6. Basin Wide Dumpster - Dumpster Billing/Rachel 7. ORDINANCE 24-5; AN ORDINANCE OF DUCHESNE CITY AMENDING TITLE 2, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, CHAPTER 1, PLANNING COMMISSION, 2-1-3 ORGANIZATION, D. QUORUM 8. Plat Amendment - Valley View Subdivision Phase 1 - Bryce Hamilton 9. Duchesne Townsite Survey Fee Waiver Request - Clint Peatross/Kelly Kielbasa 10. Request for Agenda Item Process - Jason Baker 11. Mickelson Building Update - Cody Ivie 12. 15-Minute Open Session The City of Duchesne welcomes you and thanks you for your time and concerns. If you wish to address the City Council, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium, state your name and address then address the Council. Your comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.
