- Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes for November 20, 2024 Attachments: Meeting Minutes Draft 11-20-24 Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 36858.06 Anderson Law Center: $ 3,237.50 Bankcard Center: $ 3,307.18 BLM/DOI: $ 2,112.16 Ferrell Gas: $ 1,699.28 John Cowan: $ 4,020.00 Pelorus Methods: $ 1,650.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 2,643.69 Santaquin City: $ 16,203.78 Utah State Treasurer: $ 1,984.47 3237.50 Attachments: Financial report Approval of Work Orders None Commission & Staff Reports Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Planning Commission Report Attachments: CAD stats Police Report Citation Report Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Closed Session: Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-205: (May be called to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
