Approve cooperative agreement for Local TAP Funds for Creek Road Sidewalk with a local match of $74,000.00 in Unincorporated Salt Lake County-Chad Anderson (5 minutes) 7. Approve local match for $100,000 for Safe Roads for all Grant - Morgan Julian (5 minutes) 8. Approve Resolution 2024-12-03 approving the First Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake County and the MSD for Information Technology Services - Izabela Miller and Brian Hartsell (5 minutes) 9. Approve the quote PDNV927 from CDW-Government for the annual Microsoft 365 license agreement for the amount of $25,554.96-Izabela Miller (5 minutes) 10. Approve the one-time cost quote from Cache Valley Electric for UPS equipment and installation for emergency backup power, for the amount of $27,066.44 - Izabela Miller (5 minutes). 11. Approve the one-time cost quote from Cache Valley Electric for network wiring (time and material) for the amount of $91,837.00 - Izabela Miller (5 minutes) 12. Approve the one-time cost quote from Cache Valley Electric for the Audio/Visual (AV) conferencing system (time and material) for the amount of $57,105.59 - Izabela Miller (5 minutes) 13. Adopt Resolution 2024-12-01 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Magna City and the MSD to obligate Magna ARPA funds - Brian Hartsell (5 minutes) 14. Adopt Resolution 2024-12-02 approving an amendment to the MSD Procurement Policy - Brian Hartsell & Mark Anderson (15 minutes) 15.
