- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and a regular meeting on the 13th day of November 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from September 11, 2024. 2. Business - Review Minor Subdivision Code Iterations - Property located at 379 North 200 East and 400 North Inquiry: Kirsten Godfrey and Ryan Godfrey - Lot Split - 209 South 100 East: Amy Foy and Jeff Thomas - Minor Subdivision Application review 3. Permits/Business Licenses - No current applications - Business License: - Outstanding Building Permits: 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
