Discuss/Adopt the 2025 Tentative Budget Discuss the Jurassic Park Monument Application. Discuss State Park Access Road Chip Seal Application. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Green River 9-Mile Dip Cottonwood & Ferron Dip Projects Fall Crack Seal Project 4 BLM Dip Projects, ECRD #332 Amend J&T contract on BLM Dips and GR 9-Mile Dip Projects. Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For Sept., in the gross amount of $101,175.63 less the Carbon shift of $24,371.00 for a net amount of $76,804.63 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $3,840.23, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $72,964.40 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 34,293.27 Fire SSD - 16% $ 11,674.30 CVSSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225K Rec SSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225k North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 0.00 Capped $75k __________________________________________________ Undistributed $ 26,996.83 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on December 9, 2024.

- Emery County Commission Emery County is actively seeking (1) citizens interested in filling (1) positions on the Emery County Special Service District #1 Board. The vacancy is for a 1 1/2-year unexpired term to fulfill a previous board member's term beginning Dec. 1, 2024, and ending 05-31-2026. There is a high preference for a Central-located citizen. You are required to live within Emery County boundaries. You may obtain a volunteer form online at emerycounty.com and submit it there or at the Clerk/Auditor's Office during regular business hours. The volunteer form will need to be returned to the Clerk/Auditor's Office, 75 E Main Street, PO Box 629, Castle Dale, Utah, 84513 by Friday, Nov 15, 2024, by the close of business.
