Call to Order/Declaration of Quorum 2. Preliminary Action Items a. Approval of Agenda 3. Public Comment - Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. 4. Public Hearing a. Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input from the public on the adoption of the tentative budget as the final budget for the calendar year of 2024 b.
