- TICABOO UTILITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING DATE: Wednesday March 1, 2023 TIME: 5:30 PM LOCATION: Electronic Meeting Pursuant to House Bill 5002, 'Open and Public Meetings Act Amendments,' passed during the 2020 Fifth Special Session of the Utah Legislature and codified under Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207(4), I, Alexa Wilson, hereby make the following written determination in my capacity as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ticaboo Utility Improvement District warranting the TUID Board to convene and conduct electronic meetings without a proper anchor location: In reference to the meetings scheduled for Saturday 03/01/2023 the anchor location will be at my private home located at 102 N Powell Drive in Ticaboo, Utah. Since TUID presently does not have facilities large enough to accommodate the general public and also observe public health guidelines and proper social distancing related to the ongoing Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the only people allowed to attend in person will be the Trustees of TUID. The general public is welcome to join in and listen to the meeting via Google Meet. (Board Chair) 7. Motion and Roll Call Vote of the members to enter a Closed Meeting (Board Chair) 6) Return to Special Meeting from Closed Meeting. The Chair will announce if there are any action items following the Closed Meeting. 7) Adjournment
