Regular Session 1. Public input items not on the agenda or pending applications. 2. Public hearing and possible action regarding a Plat Amendment application to combine Lots 15 and 16 of the Promontory Vista Subdivision. The application adjusts the building pad. No new density would be created. Promontory Vista Subdivision, 5672 and 5704 Golf Club Link (5.48 acres total). Applicant: Jon Layne. Owner: James Lico. Administrative review. Project #24-148.
