- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing before the Town of Bluff Planning & Zoning Commission to be held at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at the Bluff Community Center located at 190 N 3rd Ave, Bluff, Utah 84512 to consider whether the Town of Bluff should adopt an ordinance regulating recreational vehicles within town boundaries and whether the Town of Bluff should adopt an ordinance updating the subdivision regulations to meet state standards. Virtual and electronic participation is also possible online at: meet.google.com/iqF-nipw-kvf or by phone: +1 636-735-3215 PIN: 928 639 871# This hearing is to solicit input from the residents and property owners of Bluff. This public hearing is set pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a-204 to allow members of the public a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to comment on the proposed ordinances. Residents and property owners may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Commission within 10 days after the public hearing. The draft ordinance is available to review on www.townofbluff.org.
