- KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a work session on Friday, October 25, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening. 2. Closed session to discuss the character and/or competency of individual(s), pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, water rights or shares, and/or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, as permitted under Utah Code §52-4-205. 3. Presentation on utility maintenance cost projection modeling. 4. City capital planning. 5. Adjournment. No council action will be taken at this meeting. This work session is open to the public for anyone wishing to attend; however, no public comment will be taken.
