- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing b. Regular Meeting 3. Discussion/Approval to vacate Conestoga Phase 3 Plat. Located at 467 North Paradise Parkway. Seth Porter 4. Discussion/Approval of Ordinance a. #24-25 - An Ordinance updating parking space size 5. Training 6. Miscellaneous 7.
