- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 3rd day of December 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held November 12, 2024 2. Business - Date for Town Council and Employee Social - January 21, 2025 - Cache Mosquito Abatement (CMAD) Annual Report 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Roads Department - Parks Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - November Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pickle Ball Court Project Survey Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission - Proposed Minor Subdivision Amendments Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Float/ Parades - Cache County School District 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next meeting - January 7, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
