- NOTICE OF MEETINGOF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold an Regular Meeting in TRAINING ROOM 312, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 12, 2024 1. Welcome-Establish Quorum Exists 2. Approval of Minutes: November 5, 2024 3. Review of Applications for 2025 RAP Funds The Cox Performing Arts Center Presents the Celebrity Concert Series St. George Opera St. George Chamber Singers St. George Interfaith Choir St. George Jazz The Stage Door United We Pledge Washington City Concert Band Washington County Historical Society Western Sky Aviation Zion Canyon Mesa Zion Youth Symphony Orchestra Encore Performing Arts 4. Other Business -Follow up on questions from previous meeting 5.
