- AGENDA Summit County Board of Health Monday, October 07, 2024 NOTICE is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Health will hold the monthly meeting on Monday, October 07, 2024. The meeting will be held both in person and electronically, via Zoom. The physical location for this meeting is the Summit County Health Department, Quinn's Building, 650 Round Valley Drive, Park City, Utah (All times listed below are general in nature, and are subject to change by the Board Chair) 4:00 PM - Welcome 4:05 PM - Work Session Items 1) Celebrating 50 Years of Women Infants, and Children (WIC) in Utah - Jennifer Bateman (10 min) 2) NCHEC Health Promotion Team Recognition - Katherine Wilson (10 min) 3) SHARP Update and Presentation - Pamella Bello (25 min) 4) 2025 Summit County Health Department Budget Update - Dr. Bondurant (10 min) 5:00 PM - Consideration of Approval by the Board 1) Approval of September 09, 2024, Board of Health Meeting Minutes - Board of Health (5 min) 2) Tobacco Health Code Updates and Communicable Disease Health Code Updates - Katherine Wilson, Matthew Wolbach, & Derek Moss (25 min) 5:30 PM - Public Comment on non-Agenda Items (Up to 10 minutes) - To participate in the public comment portion of the Board of Health Meeting, please follow the instructions as described below. 5:40 PM - Director and Board Final Comments (Up to 15 minutes) Health Department Director's Comments (5 min) Board Member Comments (5 min) Board Chairman Comments (5 min) 5:55 PM - Meeting Adjournment
