- OQUIRRH RECREATION AND PARKS DISTRICT NOTICE OF 2025 BUDGET AND USER FEE INCREASES PUBLIC HEARING - DECEMBER 11, 2024 The Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District, (dba Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center), will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider adoption of the District's 2024 Budget and to consider increasing certain existing user fees and establishing certain new user fees. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the Element Event Center located at 5658 S Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah. The public will be given an opportunity to be heard on any item of the District's Tentative 2025 Budget and regarding the proposed imposition of new user fees and the proposed increase of certain existing user fees. A copy of the Tentative 2025 Budget and a list of current and proposed fees will be available for inspection at the front counter of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center located at 5624 S Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah during business hours at least 7 days prior to the Public Hearing.
