- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 09-25-2024 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Approval of Christmas Dinner 6. Consideration to Cancel December 18, 2024 Town Council Meeting 7. Authorization for Payment of Bills for Month of December 2024 8. Review of Insurance Policy 9. Approval of Payment for Advertising Design for Clover Church 10. Amendment and Approval of Payment for Flooring in Clover Church 11. Approval to Purchase All Season Tires for Plow Truck 12. Approval for Fire Department Members to Attend Winter Fire School 13. Fire Department Report 14. Council Reports 15. Safety Topic 16. Ratifying of October 2024 Bills 17. Payment of Bills 18. Public Comments 19.
