- NOTICE AND AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Waste Management Service District #5 of Beaver County, Utah will hold a meeting at 6:00 PM at the Milford Landfill, 7300 S 800 E, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, November 21, 2024. 1. CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial Reports b. Approval of Bills & Payroll c. Approval of Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss & Approve Christmas Bonus & Hams b. Discuss Amended Budget 2024 c. Discuss & Approve Tentative Budget for FY 2025 d. Discuss & Approve Public Hearing for Operating Budget 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Discuss Dumpsters located at Ballfields/Rodeo Grounds b. Discuss providing curbside service to the Grove Area 5. RESOLUTIONS a. None 6. COMMENTS a. Employee Reports & Comments b.
