- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday September 19, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, the purpose of the hearing is to consider the addition of an ordinance for Short Term Rentals in Naples City. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
