- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Cole Smith requests Design Review approval for phase II of the Legacy Village Retirement Home, adding 130 additional units in a proposed MDR (Medium Density Residential) zone, located at 4093 N 100 E. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6414 dwright@provo.org PLCP20220344 Item 2 Tim Metler requests Design Review approval for a 59-unit apartment complex in the CMU (Campus Mixed Use) zone, located at 90 West 800 North. North Park Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20220246 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
