- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2023 Provo City Sidewalk Replacement, Bid No. PROVOEN202320698. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah 84606, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Concrete removal and replacement at various locations including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA Ramps. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by August 15, 2023. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning February 6, 2023. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 3, 11, 13, 2023; posted on SciQuest beginning February 6, 2023 through February 23, 2023. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 2023 Provo City Sidewalk Replacement Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6740.
