- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA ROAM Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 & 2 Boards of Trustees Joint Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON OCTOBER 18, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of the District No. 1 Board meeting held on July 19, 2024. 2. Approve the minutes of the District No. 2 Board meeting held on July 19, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval and acceptance of 3rd Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 1. 2. Consider approval and acceptance of 3rd Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 2. D. Discussion Items E. Other Items From Board Members F.
