- BOARD OF EDUCATION OF NORTH SUMMIT SCHOOL DISTRICT, UTAH BOND ELECTION, NOVEMBER 5, 2024 CANVASS OF RESULTS, NOVEMBER 19, 2024 12:00PM . Administrative: 1. Open Regular Meeting 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. President of the Board asks for a motion to recess as the Board of Education and reconvene as a board of canvassers to canvass the election results. 4. resident of the Board asks for a motion to publicly proceed to canvass and declare the results of the bond election. 5. Canvass and declare results: 'The results of the bond election are as follows': Total number of votes cast: _________ Total number of affirmative votes: ________ Total number of negative votes: ________ 6. President of the Board asks for a motion to adjourn as a board of canvassers and reconvene as Board of Education. 7. President of the Board asks for a motion to approve and ratify the results of the special bond election. 8. Adjourn
