Resolution 10-2024 to approve an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with West Haven City B. Resolution 11-2024 to approve an agreement with West Haven Special Service District, West Haven City, and Child Richards CPAs and Advisors 6. CENTRAL WEBER UPDATE- Mayor Robert Vanderwood 7. CONSENT AGENDA A. Action on minutes (October 21, 2024) B. Billing adjustments (October 2024) C. Monthly accounts payable (November 2024) D. West Haven City - $51,416.67 (Invoice 10202427 - Administrative Services for October 2024) E. Nearmap US, Inc. - $5,450.00 (Online aerial imagery and location data subscription) F. EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board will consider a motion to enter into a closed meeting for the purpose of a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property to be held in accordance with the provisions of Utah Code 52-4-205. 9.
