- CALL MEETING TO ORDER BUSINESS ITEM(S) When will the nominations be due for the 2025 Jim and Jean Hendrickson Beautifcation Awards? When will the judging be done for the beautifcation awards? Choose a theme for the 2025 Arbor Day Poster Contest. Finalize the Shade Tree and Beautifcation 2025 meeting schedule. Plan the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony scheduled for Saturday, December 7 th at 6:00 pm at Murray City Hall. APPROVAL OF MINUTES; APPROVE AUGUST MINUTES REPORT(S) ADJOURNMENT
