- BEAVER FIRE DISTRICT #1 AGENDA November 18, 2024 7:00 P.M. 1110 North Main REGULAR MEETING 1. Welcome and Open the Meeting 2. Review and Approve Minutes from Sept. 16, 2024 3. Review Financial Statements from August, September & October, 2024 4. Conflict of Interest Statements on Agenda Items 5. OLD BUSINESS Review of Ambulance bylaws - Attorney Christiansen Christmas Parties-Ambulance and Fire 6. New Business Proposed 2025 Budget Special Budget Public Hearing and Approval in December. 7. Fire Chief's Report 8. Ambulance Director's Report 9. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 10. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 11. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, February 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
