- NOTICE AND AGENDA (AMENDED) Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 7:00 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 8:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 6th day of November 2024 at the Garland City Building.
