- Town of Manila Planning and Zoning-Regular Meeting Date: Monday August 5th, 2024 Town of Manila office; 145 East HWY 43 conference room Work session following immediately after Agenda MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: Regular Meeting; Monday August 5th, 2024. PLEDGE: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: MINUTES TO APPROVE OF PREVIOUS MEETING: July 8th, 2024 RESULT: OLD BUSINESS: Linda Peterson presented information about a lot at the top of 5th street (above lot TM-01GA, to the left of TM-03A) for David Johnson. We tabled this for this to get information on whether the Town plans to continue 5th East to the described property or not. The Town does not have any plan to continue 5th East. NEW BUSINESS: Mike Butkovich is presenting plans for a garage. Mike White is presenting plans for a carport. Kevin Heugly is presenting plans for a garage. Valorie and Christijan Draper are presenting plans for a garage. Thomas Gonzales is presenting plans for a house/garage. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURN: MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: Work Session PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: NEW BUSINESS: The Town has been notifying landowners of Dry Creek subdivision of the Ordinance Article 4 Section 416, and we have received a letter back. Is Dry Creek grandfathered in and newly updated ordinances not pertinent to them? What do ordinances look like for future subdivisions? Nicks Last Resort has no record of a building permit, conditional use permit, or a fast track permit. Does the board have any knowledge as to why this wasn't enforced?
