- CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a City Council meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Public Forum (Public comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the City Council) 5. Minutes - February 15, 2023, Regular Council Meeting 6. Bills for period ending February 24, 2023, totaling $27,070.27 7. New Business a.
