Applicant - Melanie Hansen 2.b 'Skibidi Rizz Subdivision,' PLZ-24-1007, an application for a minor 2-lot subdivision of approximately 1.25-acres, zoned RR-22 (single -familty residential, minimum .5-acre lots) located at 13441 Trestle Lane. Applicant - Kelly Checketts 3. Decision Items 3.a'Rock Ridge Phase 1,' PLZ-24-8016, an application for a final commercial site plan and subdivision, on approximately 6.7-acres on the southeast corner of 12600 South and 3600 West. Applicant - AWA Engineering 3.b 'Mountain Ridge East BSP,' PLZ- 24 -8005, an application for a block-scale plan consisting of approximately 61.9- acres of residential development in the SLR Zone in the general area of 13400 South and Mountain View Corridor.
