PL-24-06288 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 3295 Thistle Street - Variance - The Applicant Requests a Variance from Land Management Code Section 15-2.13-3, Residential Development Zoning District Lot and Site Requirements, To Allow for a 47-Square-Foot Paved Area Within the Required Three-Foot Landscaped Buffer.
