- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, October 15, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Office Building at 734 North Center Street in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following: - Welcome - Public Comments - Discussion & Consideration of Minutes from September 11, 2024 - Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline - Discussion & Consideration of a Change Order on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline Project - Discussion with Wes Hanberg Concerning a Water Bill from Johnson Water - Discussion & Consideration of Policy Changes - Discussion on the 2025 Budget - Updates from District Manager Meters Billing Write Off's Equipment purchases Antelope lines Delinquencies - Consideration of Updated Items from District Manager - Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc. - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to discuss: 1. The Character, Professional Competence, Physical, or Mental Health of an Individual. 2. Collective Bargaining. 3. Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation. 4. The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property. 5. Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems. 6. To Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct. - Consideration to take action that was discussed under closed meeting. - Adjournment I, JoAnn Evans, East Duchesne Culinary WID Clerk/Administrative Assistant, certify that on October 14, 2024, pursuant to UCA., 52-4-202, this notice was posted 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
