- The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2024 in the City Council Chambers at the North Logan City offices, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw If you wish to participate in the public hearing, you may provide your comment in person. You may also email your comments to recorder@northlogancity.gov by noon on September 19th, and your comments will be read by the Chairperson during the public hearing. Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. 6:35 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - SUB-2024-03: Review and potential action regarding a proposed preliminary subdivision plat and subdivision improvement plans for the Sage Hills Subdivision, a density-determinant subdivision located at approximately 2350 North and 600 East, consisting of 18 lots on 7.029 acres of the R-1-12 zone. 2. ZTA-2024-03: Continued discussion and possible recommendation regarding a proposed adjustment to the North Logan City Subdivision Ordinance regarding secondary water requirements for new development. 3. Work Session - ZTA-2024-04: Continued discussion regarding the Utah Geologic Survey (UGS) recommendations and template for a geologic hazard ordinance. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (10/3/2024) and/or Adjourn. Adjourn
