- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of October 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Adam Hanover - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held Sept. 17, 2024 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Business License Application - Jordan Oliver - Resolution 24-08 'A Resolution Amending the Clarkston Town Master Fee Schedule to Update the Community Center and Amphitheater Rental Fees - Ordinance 24-02 'An Ordinance Repealing the Current Provisions of Title 11, Subdivision Regulations, of the Clarkston Town Code and Adopting Replacement Provisions for the Same' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Town Hall & Community Center Update - Open House - Fire Department - Roads Department - Parks Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - September Warrant List - Youth Council - Halloween Activity - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Water Source Protection Plan - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Cache County School District - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - October 15, 2024 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
