- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission October 8, 2024 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Public Comments 4. Approval of minutes - September 10, 2024 5. New Business: a. Land Use Law Training by City Attorney, Dustin Ericson b. Discussion and consideration of updates to 1.27 Sign Permit Chapter c. Discussion of 1.33 PUD Ordinance 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted October 3, 2024, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
