- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday November 12, 2024 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting October 8, 2024. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) November 2024. 3. Discuss 2024-2025 SGHA budget 4. Review SEMAP Score from HUD 5. Financial Certification Signature from Greg Whitehead 6. Report 700 Duplex collapsed sewer pipe repair 7. Report on MRI training in San Diego October 20-23. Office closed. 8. Approval of staff Christmas Bonus's 9. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 10. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
