- `ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, October 8, 2024 7:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on September 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. Open Meeting 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting 4. Citizen's concerns (five minute time limit) 5. Jennifer Morgan - business license 6. Barndaminium - Update 7. Cottage Business Code 8. In city RV Parks - generator use 9. Subdivision plans 10. Joint license code 4-1-13 11. Short-term rental discussion 12. Venue Ordinance 13. How-to - apply for business license, building permit. . . 14. Zoning Administrator report. 15. City Council report In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation (including Auxiliary aids and service) during the meeting should notify Orangeville City Hall at (435) 748-2651 at least 12 hours before the meeting.
