NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Administrative Control Board of Kane County Human Resources Special Service District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Kane County Hospital, 355 North Main St., Kanab Utah to receive comments on the district's application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding Infrastructure Improvement Project. A complete and detailed scope of work is available to the public and its financing. There is no planned financial impact to the public on user fees or special assessments for this project. 2.
