- Notice of Boulder Planning Commission Public Hearing Boulder Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their special meeting on Thursday November 14, 2024, (Regular meeting starts at 7:00 PM.) The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: CUP for an RSTR for Alex Fuller and Anson Fogel 1165 East 1940 South. Alex Fuller and Anson Fogel are: 1) relinquishing their currently held RSTR permit for the property at 995 East 1940 South (formerly called 995 E. Chatwin-McCabe Lane and 2175 LowerBoulder Road) 2) applying for a new RSTR permit for their property at 1165 East 1940 South. ORDINANCE 2024-B Zoning Boulder Town has adopted changes in its Subdivision Code to comply with State mandated changes. Such changes in the Subdivision Code have created inconsistencies in the Boulder Town Zoning Code. After review and public input, there is a need to make changes in the Boulder Town Zoning Code to avoid conflicts and confusion in Boulder Town Codes. ORDINANCE 2024-C Building Regulations, Construction Boulder Town is adopting changes in its Subdivision Code to comply with State mandated changes. Such changes in the Subdivision Code have resulted in a need to make changes in the Boulder Town Building Regulations, Construction Code; to avoid conflicts and confusion in Boulder Town Codes. The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection.
